It cruises forward, moving to the right, then to the left, to indicate that the snake is tilting its nasty, triangular head. We know it's watching because the camera's at water level. It's possible to tell not only which of them will get killed, but also in precisely what order.Įverything seems fine at first, but oh, that snake. The merry band is a little like the merry band in "Congo" (the evil gorilla movie), "Twister" (the evil tornado movie) and "Dante's Peak" (the evil volcano movie). The picture takes place in the Brazilian rain forest, where a merry band of filmmakers has arrived to shoot a documentary about an obscure tribe. It's so desperate and silly that here and there, it's a lot of fun. Yet there is one thing to be grateful for in "Anaconda," now out on video.
